1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 69club Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Platform Policies"). All Platform Policies are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 69club with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties of any kind, whether oral or written, regarding the Platform.

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 69club or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have had a previous 69club account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

69club reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only. The existence of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If 69club determines that a player has created duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and balances may be forfeited at the Company's sole discretion.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 69club Login username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered email address, mobile number, and payment method information, remain accurate and up to date at all times.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 69club Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 69club supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible ("source of funds" policy).

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

69club offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each promotion is subject to a minimum wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement"), which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69club Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with 69club.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 69club Platform, including but not limited to the 69club name, logo, branding, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of 69club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 69club.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 69club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and Game Providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform.
• Any game outcome, including results that you consider to be unfavorable.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, 69club's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 69club's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
